'My two cents worth' by James Papali'i

The Manukau Courier published this interview with James Papali'i, 55, Manukau Urban Maori Authority social worker, Mana Movement activist and trustee of the Manukau Outriggers Canoeing Whare Nui Trust, Mangere Bridge today, 13 March 2014 - including this question: "If I was Auckland's mayor I would..." James responded: "Build a beautiful waka ama (canoe) and community facility at Mangere Bridge's Waterfront Road Reserve and then make public transport free for all to unblock the motorways and arterial routes."
